WHERE AND WHEN CAN YOU DELIVER MY ORDER
Deliveries to UK Mainland domestic or business address are usually made within 3 working days between 8am and 6pm. The free delivery service covers mainland UK only.
The service does not extend to the Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland or Eire. If you are not in when the carriers call, the carriers will leave a card at the delivery address advising they tried to deliver. The card will give you instructions of how to rearrange delivery or how you can collect the goods.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE A GUARANTEE
All of our products carry a full manufacturers guarantee and are also covered by our no quibble returns policy.
Size, weight and dimensions are listed for guidance only and may be subject to change.
IS EVERYTHING IN STOCK
We carry a large range of products in stock, however if an item is out of stock you will be advised by return. You can of course then cancel your order if the suggested alternative selection is not suitable.
CAN I RETURN UNWANTED ITEMS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, any defective or unused items will be collected and refunded in full. We will only accept return of goods within 28 days from date of dispatch. All items for return must be in their original packaging and be available for collection Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
